Payments for new customers are due within 48 hours of the live sale. For example if you join Monday's live sale at 7pm your payment is due by Wednesday 7pm. After your first invoice is paid your subsequent invoices will be 7 days. For example Monday's live sale will be due the monday after before the live sale starts. If we host more than one live sale in a week your invoice must be up to date, if not please contact Rebecca before you claim.

Payment is via credit card/Debit Card, Paypal, or Bank Transfer.

Please follow the hosts instructions during the live sale for different items. The first person to comment on the correct claim number or letter receives the claim. It's common that comments will appear in a different order on your scream in comparison to mine. This is due to differing internet speeds and filtering. If you miss out on something please do not be downhearted! I am sure to have something for everyone and can often re-stock!

Payment is due within 48 hours. In order to claim with us we need your full billing name, postal address, phone number and email address. Without this information prior we cannot open your basket during the live sale.

Australia Wide postage available from $11, capped at $18 and FREE shipping for statement pieces over $300. Items are processsx within 5 days of payment. All shipping is through Australia Post and we use Flat Rate Australia Post boxes. We are conscious with our environmental impacts. Any plastic wrapping has been recycled and can be re used again. All parcels include insurance, with signature required for orders over $200.

Save on postage with an open basket. Pay postage once and join multiple live sales. Pay your postage and items upfront and I will keep your box in our secure warehouse for you to add to. If you request an open basket it will be closed upon your direct request, if you reach the limit for your basket size, or the 2 week inactive limit has been reached. If there are two or more weeks where no claims have been made your basket will be sent out automatically.

Change of mind returns are not accepted. However if you are unhappy with your order for any reason please reach out to Rebecca at contactus@MineralisCrystals.com.au to resolve. All orders are insured for loss or damage. Damaged items need to be returned before refunds are processed. Once damaged items are received, the refund will be processed within 24 hours to the original payment method.

Any new customer who fails to pay within 48 hours is automatically banned from claiming in our live sales.

Current customers: If non payment is made and no contact is made, your basket will be cancelled and if you have a current basket it is sent the next postage day. Any repeat offender will be banned .
